Steps to setup a Business email account in Windows Phone 8 over IMAP

Step 1: Open Settings
Step 2: Tap email + accounts
Step 3: Choose add an account
Step 4: Choose advanced setup
Step 5: Enter your Email address and Password.
Step 6: Tap Next.
Step 7: Choose Internet email
Step 8: In the Account Name field, enter an account name.
Step 9: Choose IMAP as the Account Type.
Step 10: Enter Your name, as you would like it to appear in your emails.

Incoming mail server : secure.emailsrvr.com
Outgoing Mail server : secure.emailsrvr.com
For IMAP use 143 – SSL Disabled ( If SSL enabled Use 993)
Outgoing SMTP port – 25 or 587 or 26 ( If SSL enabled use 465)

Step 11: Tap Advanced Settings
Step 12: Ensure that Outgoing server requires authentication is checked.
Step 13: Click Sign In to save your settings
Step 14: You’re done setting up email on your Windows Phone!
