How to remove the existing account from your Outlook

Step 1: Open your Outlook mail client
Step 2: Click on the File tab in the top left corner of the window
Step 3: Select Account Settings > Account Settings
Step 4: Select the account you want to delete, then select Remove
Step 5: Now, it will display the warning message that “All offline cached content for this account will be deleted. This only affects content downloaded and stored on your computer”
Step 6: Click ‘Yes’ to proceed with the deletion.
