How to Enable the cache in Joomla 3.x

Step 1: Log in to your Joomla site as the administrator.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Global Configuration’ under the ‘System’ menu
Step 3: Click on the ‘System’ tab under the global configuration window
Step 4: Now you can see the ‘Cache settings’ option on the right side of the current screen
Step 5: Under cache settings change Cache to On to enable the Cache
Step 6: Once everything has done click on ‘save & close’ to apply the changes were made
