Step 1: Log into cPanel account.
Step 2: Click the Remote MySQL icon, under Databases.
Step 3: You can see the list of access hosts under Manage Access Hosts.
Step 4: Click Delete option respective IP address that you would need to remove.
Step 5: Now you have removed remote database access for particular IP address
