Step 1: Login to your cPanel account.
Step 2: Select Mail Scanner option under Email.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Other settings’ button under the Mail Scanner
Step 4: Depends upon your need, you can set the score limit.
Default vaule: Low score is 4 and high score it 10
If you receive more SPAM emails: Set low score to 4 and high score to 7
If you receive more legitimate emails in Junk/Spam folders: Set low score to 4 and high score to 12
Step 5: Save the changes
