Step 1: Open Outlook 2010 and select File<\/span>
\nStep 2: Click Add Account.<\/span>
\nStep 3: Check Manually configure server settings or additional server types<\/span>
\nStep 4: Manually configure server settings in Outlook 2010<\/span>
\nStep 5: Select Internet E-mail<\/span>
\nStep 6: Fill in the fields on the screen<\/span><\/p>\n

\nAccount Type: Select IMAP<\/span>
\nIncoming: outlook.office365.com<\/span>
\nOutgoing: smtp.office365.com<\/span><\/p>\n

Select IMAP after the Incoming mail server name.<\/span>
\nUser Name: Enter in the full email address<\/span>
\nPassword: Enter in the password for that specific email address<\/span>

\nNote: Use your domain name in domain.com field<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 7: Click More Settings<\/span>
\nStep 8: Select Outgoing Server and then My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication<\/span><\/p>\n

\nFor IMAP use 993\u00a0 – SSL\u00a0 enabled \u00a0<\/span>
\nOutgoing SMTP port – 465\u00a0 SSL enabled<\/span>
\nFor Root folder path enter INBOX with uppercase letters.<\/span>
