Step 1: Open Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
\nStep 2: Go to Tools -> Account Settings
\nStep 4: Click \u201cNew\u201d in the upper left corner
\nStep 5: Select the \u201cMicrosoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP\u201d
\nStep 6: Click \u201cNext\u201d in the bottom right corner
\nStep 7: Check the box next to the option to \u201cManually configure server settings or additional server types\u201d and click \u201cNext\u201d in the bottom right corner
\nStep 8: Click \u201cNext\u201d on the next screen displayed to start configuring your server settings
\nStep 9: Fill in the fields on the screen<\/p>\n

\nAccount Type: Select IMAP
\nIncoming: mail.domain.com (or) hostname
\nOutgoing: mail.domain.com (or) hostname<\/p>\n
Select IMAP after the Incoming mail server name.<\/p>\n
For IMAP use 143 – SSL Disabled ( If SSL enabled Use 993)
\nOutgoing SMTP port – 25 or 587 or 26 ( If SSL enabled use 465)
\nUser Name: Enter in the full email address
\nPassword: Enter in the password for that specific email address

Note: Use your domain name in domain.com field<\/p>\n
Step 10: Check the box next to \u201cRemember Password\u201d
\nStep 11: Click \u201cMore Settings\u201d in the bottom right corner
\nStep 12: On the \u201cGeneral” Tab give your email account a name such as \u201cwork\u201d
\nStep 13: Go to the \u201cOutgoing Server\u201d Tab and make sure to check the box next to the option \u201cMy outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” and be sure the radio button is checked next to \u201cUse same settings as my incoming mail server\u201d
\nStep 14: Click on the \u201cConnection\u201d tab and select the type of internet connect you are using. Then click \u201cOK\u201d on the bottom right of the popup (most customers do not need to do this step)
\nStep 15: Click \u201cNext\u201d and then click \u201cFinish\u201d to complete the email account setup.<\/p>\n
