Steps to Changing Joomla website Temporary URL to a Domain Name

Step 1: Log into cPanel account.
Step 2: Click File Manager option under FILES.
Step 3: Go to the DocumentRoot Directory folder, edit the configuration.php file in your Joomla root folder and make the following changes:

Step 4: In our example, after making the above change, we then would begin to access our website using http://oryon.com/joomla rather than http://ecbiz108.oryon.com/~oryon6/joomla
