How to set up digital email signature in cPanel webmail?

Step 1: Login to the email account via webmail.
Step 2: After logging into Roundcube webmail interface, click on Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Once you are in Settings menu, click on Identities option.
Step 4: Select the needed Identity (email address you would like to set up signature for).
Step 5: You will see Standard Signature Box, where you can create a simple text email signature. If you wish to use HTML, checkmark HTML signature checkbox.
Step 6: In HTML signature interface you will be able to add images, links or HTML code.
Step 7: Once your signature is created, click on Save button to apply the changes.
