When you try to log into your webmail it gives an error “Mailbox Quota Exceeded”. Kindly follow the steps below to increase the “Mailbox” quota.
Step 1: Login to the cPanel
Step 2: Go to Email accounts
Step 3: Under every email account there is an option called “Change Quota”
Step 4: Select “Change Quota” for any user.
Step 5: Increase the MB limit
