Kindly refer the below steps to Import the emails from webmail.
Step 1: Login to your webamil account using the below link

Step 2: Now choose the Horde interface from webmail’s home page.
Step 3: From Horde, right click ‘Inbox’ and select ‘Import’ from the list.
Step 4: You will now see a popup with import options, you can simply click ‘OK’ and browse MBOX file format to import the emails
Step 5: Once the importing process done, you can view the emails in inbox folder.
