Step 1: Open up File Manager through your control panel and ensure you are in the public_html (www) directory
Step 2: Create/Edit the “.htaccess” file
Step 3: Type “php_flag register_globals on” in the “.htaccess” file
Step 4: Upload to the folder that contains the script
Step 5: Refresh that page and try access your web page or application
