How to create an HTML signature in SquirrelMail Webmail via cPanel interface

Step 1: Login to your cPanel account and go to Emails >> Email accounts
Step 2: Choose your email account from the list and click on ‘Access webmail’
Step 3: You can also directly access the webmail using the URL ‘www.yourdomainname.com/webamil’.
Step 4:Now choose SquirrelMail interface.
Step 5: Click on Options at the top of the screen.
Step 6: Click on “Personal Information.”
Step 7: On the next screen you will be able to insert your signature.
Step 8: Click on ‘This is HTML signature’ check box and save the changes made.
