Step 1: Log into your Drupal 7 dashboard
Step 2: Go to Configuration
Step 3: Go to the Regional and language category and click on Regional settings
Step 4: Under the Time Zones heading select the Default time zone from the drop down menu
Step 5: Click Save configuration
