How to blacklist the domain name or email account via CloudOffice admin panel CloudMail user webmail interface

Step 1: Login to Cloudmail user webmail interface using the below URL

Step 2: Click on the three bars on the top right corner of the webmail home page
Step 3: Now click on the ‘Settings’ from current menu list
Step 4: Got to ‘Spam settings’ and choose ‘Blacklist ‘ option
Step 5: Add domain name, email ID or IP address that you wish to white-list and click ‘Add’
Step 6: Now click on ‘Save’ button to save the changes made.
Step 7: Emails send from the blacklisted domains will be rejected automatically.
